The Protest Deadline for most property owners in Williamson County was May 16th, 2022. Per Texas Property Tax Code 41.44(a)(1), WCAD cannot accept a late protest. You may petition the ARB, with good cause, to accept a late protest by using the late protest form at https://wcad.org/hearing-reschedule-request-late/.

If your Notice of Appraised Value was dated after April 17th, 2022, refer to the Notice for your protest deadline.

Born and raised in Cedar Park/Leander, Hope Hisle-Piper has been in the mortgage/real estate business for over 25 years as a licensed mortgage broker and licensed real estate agent, before founding her own firm, Turn Key Property Group in 2020. Hope is a seasoned professional with both experience not only as a realtor but a managing partner rapidly growing her team.

Hope is known for her professionalism, industry knowledge, credibility, and high standards. Her outgoing personality, combined with great attention to detail, proven negotiation skills, quick follow-up, design knowledge, and strong work ethic has made Hope a true standout in her field. Her knowledge alone makes her a tremendous asset for the WCAD Board of Directors. Hope graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry along with over 900 hours combined Real Estate education.

In her spare time, Hope became a private investor in the rapidly paced real estate market. Hope has served on various LISD boards, including the Leander ISD Leadership Class of 2006, LISD Board of Trustees Place 2 Campaign Manager 2009, President of the VRHS Basketball Booster Club 2011-2013, Small Business of the Year for 2015, Austin Platinum Top 50 Finalists, Veterans Affairs Advocate, 2nd Runner Up Hill Country News Best of the Best 2021, and Best of Zillow.

Hope and her husband, Ron, have five children who graduated from Leander ISD schools along with 2 labs Chloe and Shiloh.
