Types of Searches
- By Address
For better search results, AVOID using prefixes or suffixes such as N, S, ST, RD, or BLVD. For example, search for N. Windhaven Rd by using only "Windhaven" as the street name.
- By Owner Name (or Business Name)
You may locate property by using last name and first name. If searching for name of business, please enter business name in last name field.
- By Quick Ref ID
The property ID is the number the appraisal office uses to identify your property. It is sometimes referred to as the "R" number or Quick Ref ID.
An example of a property ID is : R372339 - By Account PID
The account number is the number that appears on your tax statement or your Notice of Appraised Value. It is also referred to as the Cross Reference ID.
An example of an account number is : R-20-0558-0000-0014B - Search By Map
Search properties by navigating with in a map, entering an address or entering a QuickRef ID. Supports selecting multiple properties.
- By Advanced Search
The advanced search contains more parameters for searching the database. Do not use punctuation such as commas, dashes, or dollar signs. You must use at least 2 search criteria.
